Common questions
- Is Cherry available yet?
- Not yet. Cherry launches for the Australian cricket season.
Join the list and we'll tell you
when it's ready.
- Does it work without phone signal?
- Yes. Cricket grounds are exactly where signal is worst, so Cherry records
everything on your phone first and syncs when you're back online. You don't
need to do anything.
- Who can see my child's data?
- You. Nobody else, unless you choose to share progress with your coach —
which is off by default and you can switch off again at any time. There are
no leaderboards and no comparison between players.
- How do I delete my account and my child's data?
- Email privacy@creaseiq.com.au
and ask. We delete everything within 30 days — account, profiles, sessions,
reviews. No questions asked.
- What does it cost?
- Cherry is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year for the whole family, with a
7-day free trial. No card needed to start.
- Which devices does it work on?
- iPhone and iPad at launch. Android is planned after.
Privacy and your data
Cherry is built for families with children, and we take that seriously. We
collect the minimum we need — your child's first name and age band, and the
innings you record. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to advertisers.
Full detail is in our privacy policy.
