Privacy

Cherry is built for families with children. Here's our approach — the full policy is published before the app is available.

The short version

• The account belongs to the parent or guardian. Your child doesn't have one.
• We collect your child's first name and age band. Nothing more — no surname, no school, no date of birth, no photographs.
• We never contact your child, and we never collect anything from them directly.
• We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers.
• Your coach sees nothing unless you switch sharing on. It's off by default.
• You can delete everything by sending one email. We do it within 30 days.
• Your sessions are always saved. We don't hold your data hostage.

If you're on the waitlist

If you've given us your email, that's all we hold — your first name and your email address. We use it once, to tell you Cherry is available. We don't share it with anyone.

To be removed at any time, email privacy@creaseiq.com.au and we'll delete it.
